All of our products are made to order. This means each item is created especially for you after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping time
Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium & Netherlands: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on orders over €80 where available. The free shipping option will be shown automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
Customs & duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
