When will my order arrive?

Every piece is printed to order, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days to Belgium and the Netherlands, 5 to 10 within Europe and 7 to 15 worldwide. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over €75. It is applied automatically at checkout. Below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

How do the sizes fit?

The classic hoodies and the sweatshirts run small, so we recommend ordering one size up. The oversized hoodie has a roomy cut: take your usual size. T-shirts and long sleeves fit true to size, and the caps have an adjustable strap. Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we replace it or refund you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For everything else, see our return policy.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it, or has your parcel not moved for a few days? Send us your order number via the form above and we will look into it.

How do I care for my pieces?

Wash inside out on a cold or 30°C cycle, dry on low heat or hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the print and the fabric looking good for longer.

Is the music on the CDs the music behind the collection?

Yes. The Sings Shakespeare Sonnets trilogy (volumes I to III) contains the songs at the heart of Shakespeare Revisited. You can also listen on Spotify.
